News From the Notre Dame Associates
 

Approximately 70 School Sisters of Notre Dame and Associates from Canada and the United States gathered last month at St. Jerome’s University, in Waterloo, Ontario. The theme for the conference was “Call to Solidarity: Responding as Associates.” Guest presenters included SSNDs and Associates. Carol and Bruce Sheldon, Associates from Regina, Saskatchewan, spoke on Eucharist; Lorraine Petshe, Associate from Hamilton, Ontario, spoke on Transformative Education; S. Julie Lattner, CA, spoke on Internationality, and S. Barbara Paleczny, CA, led the group in their reflections on how to enflesh or live out the Call to Solidarity.
