SSND Mission

The School Sisters of Notre Dame of Dallas serve the mission of Jesus through educational ministry. Through this ministry, we respond to the urgent needs of women, youth, and person who are poor. We permeate our ministry with a new world vision based on Christian values; recognize the role women play in the transformation of society; and enable the development of new members to carry on ministry within their native culture.
 

We are all created to be holy people, to trust God and one another, and to risk all for God's kingdom. Our world needs the hope the Good News proclaims. In everything she did, Mother Theresa of Jesus Gerhardinger, foundress of the School Sisters of Notre Dame, trusted that God's work would be accomplished.
